I was feeling down about this whole thing last night. I felt like I had given up-all I had done was stop at Chipotle after a stressful work day. I got a salad with chicken , black beans and rice. It may not be the most keto friendly dinner, but it wasn't too off plan, and it was delicious.
Anyway, in decided to check my weight as an incentive. I've lost about 8 lbs since I've been trying this. I know I'm not yet in ketosis, but seeing that there is some progress makes me feel great and re energized.
I can do this. Nothing is holding me back.
