I discovered something delicious today- Hard boiled eggs with avocado. Not only is it tasty, its easy to make and extremely keto friendly.
Yesterday was my first day really sticking to the plan. I basically only ate almonds and my morning coffee. I had water throughout the day to make sure I was hydrated. There wasn't a single point in the day when I felt hungry, which surprised me, but hey, I'm okay with that.
Today, I'm planning on eating similarly. ive had my eggs and avocado, and I have a bag of walnuts in my bag for work. Walnuts have some carbs, but not too many. I just need to make sure im only having 1/4 of a cup of them.
I'm feeling good about this.
