I've found that the easiest way to go about this (low) no carb craziness is to always have a snack pack of almonds with me. It settles my stomach for a while and tastes great. There have been days where I only eat almonds. I realize it seems a bit extreme, but I don't feel hungry all too often during the day. I've been working on only eating when im hungry. That alone as allowed to be wearing size 16 jeans today. I was in a loose size 18 when I started trying to enter ketosis. I still don't think I'm in ketosis, but I'm liking where this 'trying' has gotten me.
I just need to remember to stay strong when the carbs start calling.
